CyberNak FAQ - How to set up your Microsoft Outlook™

  1. Open your copy of Outlook™

  2. Select Tools > E-mail Accounts. from the top menu



  3. On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select "Add a new e-mail account" and click Next.



  4. For your server type, select "POP3" and click Next.

  5. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, enter your information as follows:

    6. Your Name
    Enter your first and last name.

    E-mail Address
    Enter your e-mail address.

    User Name
    Enter your e-mail address, again.

    Password
    Enter the password you set up for your e-mail account.

    Incoming mail server (POP3)
    Your incoming server should be your domain name, for example www.cybernak.com.au.

    Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
    Enter your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) mail server. for example if you get your internet from bigpond it should be mail.bigpond.com.au. But check with your ISP first you should be able to find the details on there support page.




  6. Click Finish.
